ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
James F. Sullivan, CPM, Administrative Director
The Administrative Director's responsibilities cover a wide range. For example, I am responsible for the supervision of Secretarial/Clerical staff along with the Fiscal Assistant and the CJIS Coordinator. I am the Agency's designated Safety Coordinator, Property Custodian and Information Resource Manager. I am also coordinator for each of the office facilities within the circuit, including renovation, furniture and equipment upgrades. Actually, the majority of my time is spent
with budgeting as it relates to both the State Legislative Request and the five (5) county budget requests within the 20th Judicial Circuit. Purchasing, receiving bid quotes and RFP's prior to approval for expenditure, financial matters, and the prompt payment of vendors occupy a large part of my time.
On June 5, 1998, Mr. Sullivan was awarded Certified Public Manager certification by Dr. Larry Gross, Director of the Florida Center for Public Management.
